Returns & Exchanges:

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Custom Products:

  • Since each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing after the order has been processed unless the product is defective.

How to Request a Return or Refund:

Refunds:
